Type: Full-Time
Team member to provide administrative support to the HR & Finance Teams. Team member will handle a number of traditional A/P functions, including but not limited to, processing vendor payments and controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. Additionally, the team member will work closely with the HR team in talent acquisition, onboarding, HRIS tasks, and a variety of miscellaneous.
Human Resources Team Support
Work closely with HR team on identifying, selecting, and retaining top talent
Coordinate onboarding of new team members with appropriate department(s)
Update employee files as needed: Paycom HRIS and Wordpress intranet
Support HR Business Partners on a variety of projects
Participate in engagement activities
Other duties as assigned
Finance Team Support
Utilize Quickbooks on a daily basis to classify and enter invoices into system
Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
Work closely with accounting team to schedule, prepare, and execute check runs
Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
Maintain and reconcile petty cash; verify documentation
Other duties as assigned
Associates degree preferred; HS diploma or GED required
Office administration experience required, including accounts payable
Quickbooks experience desirable
