As the Administrative Assistant, you will provide broad administrative support to the Spinning Manager. This includes, but is not limited to: typing, filing, scheduling, meeting & travel coordination, record keeping, obtaining supplies, and working on special projects. Deals with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization.
How will you play an integral role?
Organize, prioritize and track information and data; generating various reports as needed
Answering calls and routing messages for location
Inputting and tracking PBS Safety Data for location
Uploading and maintaining SOPs and JSA/PPE as needed
Maintain Calibration software
Act as administrator for RTS system as needed
Preparation of general correspondence and presentations
Establish and maintaining filing and tracking systems
Coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements as requested.
Assist with preparation for meetings to include conference room preparation, catering, preparing materials
Sorting and distributing mail; sends written or email responses and shipments
Ordering materials and supplies as needed
Responds to requests for information, and performing any other administrative duties as directed
Act as a liaison with other departments as well as outside agencies, including high-level staff
Handles non-routine information with confidentiality

Are you qualified for the position?
Education: High School Diploma or GED required
Some college preferred
1+ years experience in an administrative role preferred
Knowledge of office administrative procedures
Highly proficient in MS Office Applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
