Position: Sr. Quote to Order Lead


The Requirements

• Experience working mostly with Oracle CPQ, with knowledge of Oracle Subscription Management or Oracle Subscription Management Certification, or Oracle Subscription Management Training complete, or Salesforce Subscription Management Experience


• Expertise in solution architecting Oracle CPQ, technical designing, POCs, and prototyping.


• Possess a solid understanding of the CX Cloud and Oracle ERP cloud application integration, focusing on CPQ and Oracle SM, OM, and SM.


• Experience in solution architecture and writing functional specifications, functional solution design for technical development


• Business process analysis and redesign experience, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, business process redesign, and implementation


• A strong understanding of Asset Based Ordering using CPQ is a plus.


• Possess strong leadership skills, functional advisor and manager of technology resources


• CPQ Configuration/BML Development knowledge to meet documented business process requirements.


• Experience in handling multiple teams (Business, onsite and offshore teams).


• Understanding business requirements and proposing and conducting technical architecture reviews.


• Develop and support Configuration, Commerce, integrations, reports, workflow, BML, and custom development in a CPQ environment.


• Integrating Oracle CPQ Cloud and/or Oracle CPQ with Salesforce, DocuSign, and other third-party applications.


• Good understanding of CPQ headless implementations and REST APIs.


• Expertise in BOM, System Configuration, ABO.


• Expert knowledge in Oracle CPQ Cloud Administration


• Excellent knowledge of project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr, Smartsheet, Visio, ServiceNow, office365, etc.

The Role
As a Sr. Quote to Order Lead, your responsibilities are as follows:

• Conduct business interviews in solidifying business system requirements


• Ensure the business requirements are broken down into technical user stories for development


• Setup/configure Oracle Configure Price Quote application according to the business requirement.


• Work with offshore/onsite technical team to develop technical enhancements based on the business requirements.


• Work closely with the Sales, Contract, Revenue Management, and Order Management teams


• Responsible for application configuration, technical specification, and Standard Operating Procedure documents


• Responsible for Production Support and enhancements


• A Subject Matter Expert in Oracle QTO track who can support the business team in navigating through the application.


• Provide hands-on support to other departments such as Configure to Order, Order to Invoice, and Contract to Quote.


• Support project execution through maintaining project plans, tracking tasks, completing reports, updating project status, escalating issues.


• Lead requirements sessions through sessions, interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task, and workflow analysis.


• Utilize business analysis, data mapping, and data validation to assist the development of coding specifications.


• Manage the execution of testing for assigned deliverables by identifying and documenting test defects, documenting quality issues, and communicating defects to assure resolution.


• Monitors project dates and meets individual deliverables as well as support and mentor other team members.


• Serves as a liaison between internal product managers, offshore resources, internal resources, and other third-party resources.


• Document business processes, workflows, and requirements as they relate to the problems being solved by the initiative.


• Leads analysis for data conversion of existing legacy data into new systems by analyzing data extracts and complete data mapping.


• Support system coding and configuration changes for automated document production efforts.


• Manage defect resolution throughout the system development life cycle.


• Effectively leads change, working with management and users to ensure involvement, participation, and encouragement of others' ideas and contributions for effective teamwork and successful project execution.
