What will I be doing?

As the Senior Associate Quality Engineer Software Development Engineer in Testing (SDET), you will be a pivotal member of an Agile team working closely with product owners, front end developers, backend developers, and functional QE team to drive a successful automated testing strategy. This role is responsible for delivering quality software via test automation. The Senior Associate Quality Engineer SDET works like a developer to automate different functionalities requiring testing in multiple environments that satisfy the end-user/customer requirements.


  • Automate Salesforce (Highly customized Classic and Lightning Platforms) applications.

  • Extensive code coverage through testing automation

  • Build, deploy and manage the application individually

  • Partner with the development, program management and design teams regarding technical implementation and user scenarios

  • Collaborate with the development team to understand architecture and service layer requirements

  • Develop system and system integration test automation architecture and strategy

  • Work with Page object model automation framework, suggesting improvements as appropriate

  • Create workflows for integrating different system automation scripts

  • Write reusable functions, both application independent and application dependent

  • Debug existing scripts and interpret log files for maintenance

  • Create and execute SQL queries and validate databases using an automation tool

  • Work closely with developers and testers as needed to create and maintain scripts, and log defects

  • Quickly learn and understand API services and existing applications that are undergoing upgrades

  • High quality and detail orientation backed by strong written, verbal, MS Office, and presentation skills.

  • Leadership and influencing skills

  • Strong communication skills

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:


  • Seven (7) years of professional experience

  • Two (2) years of managerial experience

  • Strong project management skills, highly organized and a consistent record on working with large, sophisticated projects with multiple partners and cross-functional teams.

  • Can travel up to 20% (domestic and limited international)

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:


  • Bachelor’s degree or on the job equivalent experience

  • Three (3) years of hospitality experience

  • Three (3) years developing annual plans, corporate budgets, narratives, project planning, forecasts, and strategic roadmaps for large enterprises
