Job Description:

As the Transaction Processing Leader you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery and balancing of high volume transaction management and services within Global Consumer Solutions. This includes Regulatory services and products.

What you’ll do

•  Provide leadership, direction and oversight for servicing and processing functions.


• Measure daily transaction activity, monitoring for comprehensive handling of every transaction, at every stage of the processes and execute daily balancing of platform transactions


• Identify inefficiencies with the objective to eliminate, automate and streamline processes.


• Define and implement a strong targeted operating model to drive efficiency, standardization and controls.


• Provide analysis support working with key partners to ensure events are well understood and escalated

What experience you need

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline; or equivalent experience.


• At least 10 years experience and strong background in Operations process design and re-engineering


• Solid understanding of regulatory complaints issues and CFPB compliance
