We are looking for energetic, tech-savvy, customer-centric individuals to be the face of Our part-time Auction Coordinators represent the Company in the conduct of live, public foreclosure auctions and will regularly interact with investors and the general public.

Important Position Details:

  • Live Public Auctions take place Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5:30PM

  • Candidate must be generally available during those times, with at least one week’s notice.

  • The auction days and times can vary from week to week. Flexibility and adaptability to a varying weekly schedule is required.

  • Hours are expected to average between 10-20 hours per week. Hours are not guaranteed and can vary based on auction cancellations and/or volume of sales.

  • Training will be provided.

Primary Territory:Expect to regularly drive up to two hours to conduct auctions in surrounding areas as needed. Auction Coordinator may be required to travel beyond that to other areas at times, and generally with at least one week’s notice. A rental car may be provided for any travel over 150 miles in a single day.

Job Requirements:

  • Manage live auction events, including auctioneering properties

  • Excellent communication and transparency with management, team members, investors and bidders

  • Being attentive and responsive to work communications daily

  • Proficient with technology, especially tablet and app functionality & troubleshooting

  • Explicit attention to detail

  • Data Entry of information into proprietary software programs

  • Comfortable executing contracts and handling funds, including cash at times

  • Educate customers on auction processes, website navigation and resources, and promote all facets of products and services

  • Must be able to stand for long hours and work outside in all weather conditions

  • Must have own transportation

  • Provide exemplary customer service and engagement

  • Must work well and be adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Must work well autonomously and in a team environment

  • Must work well both autonomously and collaboratively

  • Must be well-organized and able to accurately complete tasks with a sense of urgency

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds when needed

  • Must be at least 18 years of age with High School diploma or equivalent. College preferred, but not required.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Professional, clear, and concise communication

  • Knowledge or experience in Real Estate/Title (preferred, not required)

  • Auctioneer experience (preferred, not required)

  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
