We have an opportunity for a Strategic Marketing Manager, Commercial Filtration Systems to join our Bishop Woods, WI team. You will be part of the leadership team focused on delivering clean, clear, expertly managed water to our customers in the Foodservice and Commercial Building markets. This Strategic Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing customer-centric growth strategies for the global Commercial Water Filtration market, while driving the development and execution of integrated marketing plans to deliver those strategies into the marketplace. This role will report to the Senior Category Manager for Commercial while supporting the Water Treatment Systems Business Unit Leader. The Strategic Marketing Manager will also actively work with the growth leaders and their respective teams in Product Management, Sales, and Marketing.

You will:


  • Lead the Channel and Demand Marketing team for the Commercial business and partner with the Water Treatment Systems Business Unit team to build and execute the vertical marketing strategy for the global Commercial Water Filtration market.

  • Actively seek Voice of the Customer data, and then deliver insights that drive strategic focus and category leadership.

  • Perform market analysis, including end-customer segmentation, identifying target end market opportunities, etc. and deliver competitive insight and analysis within the various commercial vertical markets.

  • Identify opportunities for growth (including white spaces and new channel expansion), and deliver marketing strategies to turn opportunities into executable growth plans.

  • Deliver customer insights to functional marketing teams to inform and develop integrated marketing plans; this will involve including input from Product Management, Sales, and Marketing.

  • Actively engage with customers and participate in and lead marketing team discussions to ensure strategies and activities are aligned with vertical market plans.

Key Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree (e.g. B.A. or B.S.) and 7+ years of professional experience with progressive marketing-oriented functions.

  • Have proven experience in developing strategic marketing plans, including marketing strategy, strategic marketing planning, and/or New Product Development roadmap development.

  • Have advanced expertise in data-driven market intelligence:actionable Voice of Customer collection, market segmentation, competitor analysis, etc.

  • Have successful experience working in teams developing integrated marketing communications plans and lead generation tactics.

  • Possess advanced analytical skills, including the ability to understand financial reports and business statements.

  • Have an advanced understanding of competitive intelligence techniques and using them to drive analytical insights to achieve commercial success.

  • Broad experience with both direct sales and channel sales business models with demonstrated success driving B2B sales. Experience working with clients in the Food Service and/or Hospitality markets preferred.
