About This Opportunity

Looking to gain IT systems experience? Greenheck Group is searching to add part-time, temporary support to our SAP Sales Systems team in various tasks. This opportunity will allow you exposure to Greenheck sales and gain an understanding of the SAP Sales module. This is a great opportunity for someone working on their IT/Sytems education to apply their studies to their job. Although most of our team is located in Schofield, WI, we can consider remote for a candidate that demonstrates the ability to learn quickly, proven ability to work independently and strong time management skills.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Create/process credit and debit memos as well as additional bills in SAP for those exceptions that cannot be done in the Invoice Adjustment Application.


• Administer/process any date changes or maintenance in our ERP system - SAP.


• Create/process miscellaneous shipment orders as required for Greenheck Group.


• Process reports to ensure timely release of expedited orders.

Qualified candidates will have:

• +1 year previous experience in a systems role desired and/or a combination of experience andpursuing an education in the IT/Systems field


• Proven ability to manage time properly and work independently with little to no supervision

Somethings we think you should know:

• This opportunity is part-time and temporary. It isexpected to run through December 31, 2021. However, dependent on business needs the role may end prior or have the ability to extend further.


• Hours are flexible between 7AM-5PM Monday-Friday
