ILS is in search of an application architect/developer to help build/integrate, maintain and deploy software applications, with a primary focus of Kafka Integrations, in support of the ILS Online Marketplace.


Responsibilities:



  • Work in an Agile environment to understand requirements, design, code and test innovative applications, and support those applications.

  • Work across the entire system architecture, from backend to front end, to design, develop, and support high quality, scalable products and interfaces.

  • Write clean scalable code using VB.NET, .NET Core, C# and Angular technologies to develop solutions Using Microsoft MVC and/or Service Oriented frameworks.

  • Test and deploy applications and systems

  • Troubleshoot, debug, maintain and improve existing software


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related coursework.

  • Must have 3-5 years of hands on experience in a similar role.

  • Must have 3-5 years of professional experience working with VB.NET, ASP.NET, MODEL-VIEW-CONTROLLER (MVC), HTML, jQuery/JavaScript, Oracle PL/SQL.

  • Must have hands on experience with Kafka!


Preferred Experience with the following:



  • C#, Angular, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Microservices
