Your Opportunity: Innovation, Food and Beverage (Orrville, OH)

Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit? Do you have a passion to solve consumer problems and pain points? As an intern within our Food & Beverage Innovation organization, you will have the opportunity to work across different stages of the innovation process and be exposed to lean startup and design thinking methodologies to validate consumer needs and experiences.

You will gain meaningful and translatable experience in consumer research, concept development and optimization, design thinking, Jobs-to-be-Done theory, storytelling, project and relationship management, and competitive and market analysis.

What We'd Need From You

• A Sophomore or Junior with requisite educational experience in marketing, innovation, business management or another relevant field


• A GPA of 3.0 or higher

• A well-rounded skill set including innovative thinking and thoughtful risk taking, agility, creative problem solving and effective communication, as well as a proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
