We are seeking to hire a Resident Engineer in Columbus, OH for ongoing projects.

Responsbilities:

* Change order processing

* Submittal review

* Attend pre-construction meetings

* RFI (request for information) response

* Quality (QC/QA)

* Document tracking and management

* Prepare monthly consultant invoices

* Conduct construction progress meetings

* Conduct project team meetings

* Coordinate agreements with and work of sub-consultants and services

* Maintain on-going contact with the Construction Project Manager

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience


• Four year college degree in Engineering is REQUIRED
