Job Responsibilities:

• Shipping, Receiving, Inventory control, and other activities in the warehouse


• Provide support for our Parts Stores.


• Upholds environmental health and safety standards


• Store materials and equipment properly


• Works closely with internal customers (Store Associates and Sales Managers)


• Provides excellent customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors; dealers, owners)


• Drives Forklift


• Light driving (pick-up truck) for deliveries


• All other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Requirements:

• High school diploma Required


• Minimum 2 years of warehouse operational experience


• Forklift experience Required


• HVAC experience is preferred, but not required


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy


• PC skills, inventory, and shipping/receiving systems experience required


• Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment


• Must be team-oriented


• A willingness to learn is a must have


• Products are commercial and residential HVAC parts and equipment, therefore, experience working with contractors is desired.
