We have an opportunity for a Salesforce Specialist to join our Pool and Spa Sales Operations team. You will manage the system and processes associated with Salesforce CRM with the goal of enabling sales growth and increasing productivity. As the main function of the role you will sustain our salesforce system, as well as enhancements, data quality, user management, user training, and cross-functional support.

You will:

• Lead CRM support for global Pool Sales teams (North America, Latin America, Europe, and Commercial), Marketing, Training, Customer Service, Tech Service, and Warranty.


• Manage new user access, the change request process, and provide general user support for all cross-functional users.


• Lead CRM projects related to modifications and enhancements to fields, objects, functionality, and applications to support business needs while maintaining enterprise-wide standardization.


• Implement sales support tools including but not limited to reports and dashboards.


• Work with the team of Salesforce Leads from all Segments to ensure global standardization of the CRM tools and processes.

Key Qualifications:

• 2+ years supporting sales and operations teams


• 2+ years working with Salesforce in an administrative function (not just a user)


• Bachelor's degree highly preferred


• Capable of traveling 20%


• Capable to work from home office.
