Develop and effectively execute strategies for winning against specific competitors (i.e. Manhattan, Softeon, SAP, Oracle)
Manage and coach the team to improve solution positioning to prospects and customers validating the value proposition and business outcome while calling out Blue Yonder key differentiators.
Create performance plans and provide constructive feedback to the team to enhance their skills and widen their knowledge and sales performance.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team to create the account strategy, develop a solution blueprint, build a business case, and present the solution.
Collaborate extensively with a broad ecosystem within Blue Yonder, which includes all levels of the Sales organization, Product Development, Professional Services, Transformation Advisory, Business Development, as well as our Partner ecosystem
10+ years of industry, consulting services and/or pre-sales warehouse management & fulfillment experience
Experience managing a dynamic, talented and driven team
High energy, self-starter comfortable with ambiguity in entrepreneurial environments
Outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication
Ability to see and present 'the big picture' - and solve to customer problems, and uncover business challenges through analysis and develop custom solutions
Positive, service-oriented personality
Strong presentation skills, comfortable with varying sized audiences
Ability to convey industry trends and support messaging with data
Experience in SaaS deployment; Pre-Sales experience with SaaS solutions preferred
Team oriented with collaborative attitude and approach
Must have a good sense of humor and be willing to become part of "the family"
PowerPoint expertise and ability to use this and other tools to tell a story that's engaging and demonstrates the value add to clients and customers
Willingness to jump in wherever needed to support the company, the team and our customers
Flexible nature and willingness to adjust to shifting priorities
Resiliency and healthy completive nature; an ability to go all in on a project and bounce back and go forward, win or lose.
Willingness to travel - 50%.
