Internship Snapshot: The Internship Program with WPS Health Solutions has 3 parts. First and foremost, you will get real world experience. No getting coffee here. Your role will make a difference in the company. You will learn what it takes to be successful in your chosen career path. Secondly, you will gain exposure to corporate culture, intern comradery, and training to aid in future career successes: LinkedIn, resume review, happy hours, intern virtual game nights, mock interviews, corporate leadership meet and greets and much more. Lastly, interns will collaborate on the "Pay-It-Forward Project" - the development of a resource to be utilized for future program participants or to advance major company initiatives. At the conclusion of the program, interns will participate in a final presentation for senior executives by showcasing their abilities and experience throughout the summer. Sound worthwhile yet?

You'll help to strengthen our performance-based culture by: identifying learning needs, developing and facilitating employee development opportunities, building relationships with employees and leaders, and using agile methodologies to continuously innovate the organizational development function.

Minimum Qualifications:



  • Experience in training and development, either informal or formal


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Pursuing a degree or concentration in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, or similar field

  • Experience in instructional design
