Louis Berger Services is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to work in its Greenville, South Carolina location. This position may be performed remotely for the correct candidate.
Working for a Program Manager, with a staff of Project Managers, Coordinators, and Schedulers, the Assistant Program Manager will be responsible for managing multiple government Task Order contracts for facilities maintenance and repair projects at various military installations throughout the United States. The Assistant Program Manager will also be in direct communication with the responsible government agencies to facilitate the initiation, tracking and completion of regularly scheduled inspections, service order work, and emergency repair/response actions. Currently manages $5-7M in program actions annually with total program value of approximately $25M.

Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities
Communicate directly with the government Program Manager and Task Order Project Managers and Contracting Officer along with local Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and other government officials in regards to services performed on Contracts
Direct and manage the company Program Management Office (PMO) staff
Develop and manage required training and processes to the PMO employees and field technicians
Responsible for the overall management of Program costs, schedule, and technical execution of each contract from inception to completion
Develop, track and execute program budget overall and by Task Order; Responsible for profitability of the program
Oversee updating and operation of the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) used to track and report actions with emphasis on reconciliation of service/work orders and reporting to the client
Review and process invoices, purchase orders and requisitions to ensure that all maintenance and repair work performed is billed correctly and timely
Qualifications
Position Criteria:
Knowledge/experience working with USACE, NAVFAC, AFCEC and/or DoD fuel organizations (DLA-Energy)
Knowledge and experience with Firm Fixed Price and Task Order Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts
Knowledge of operation and maintenance of Department of Defense petroleum fuel facilities
Familiar with operation, maintenance, and repair of above ground storage tanks, underground storage tanks, hydrant systems, pumps, valves and retail dispensers
Familiar with pipeline configurations and associated refueling components
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Program Manager
Minimum of 10 years' experience working with government contracts
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Supervisor
Ability to work in US without Company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field, especially Civil/Mechanical or Environmental Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) registration preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
