The ERAS Team Lead Premium Service is a highly experienced engineer with expertise in creating and implementing NSA CSfC solutions utilizing all of the government published capabilities packages. You have an understanding of the technology necessary to solve a variety of operational challenges and successfully install, configure, and maintain NSA CSfC solutions for government customers.

Secret Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

* Team lead providing guidance and mentorship to subordinates, and interacting directly with U.S. Government representatives on solution status
* Provide Tier 3 expertise as part of an elite technical team
* Integrate CSfC technology into new and existing architectures, including wired, wireless, and mobile access solutions
* Manage contractors and vendors during the implementation phase including troubleshooting technical
* Collaborate with other customer operations departments to implement and sustain accredited infrastructure
* Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting to maintain continuous operations
* Serve as the escalation contact during outages
* Interface with OEM vendors during the implementation and maintain close contact during solution operations
* Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

* Minimum of 5 years relevant experience working with Cisco and Aruba VPN platforms in a service provider environment
* Deep knowledge and understanding of NSA's Commercial Solutions for Classified capability (CSfC) packages
* Advanced knowledge of Ethernet-related to all protocols and variants, to a packet, debug level
* Experience with equipment and vendors such as VMware, Cisco Systems, HPE Aruba, Dell Servers and Networking, Forcepoint, and ScienceLogic
* Highly experienced in the operations and maintenance of VMware Horizon based VDI infrastructure including the creation of gold images, deploying VDI desktops, and troubleshooting VDI guest operating systems in a mission critical environment
* Understanding of large Internet service networks with full and partial table IPv4 and IPv6 peers
* Skilled with a variety of TCP/UDP protocols including an understanding of IKEv2, ESP, HTTPS, and TLS
* In depth understanding of Pubic Key Infrastructure (PKI) implementations and associated requirements
* Experience implementing system designs as part of an enterprise team
* Highly experienced operating and troubleshooting Microsoft and Red Hat OS variants

Required Certifications:

* DoD 8570/8140 Information Assurance Technician Level 3 Certified
* Current Cisco CCNP Certification
* Current VMware VCP DCV 6.x Certification
* Current VMware VCP DTM 7.0 Certification
