ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Primarily responsible for onboarding and supporting new partners to sell Avaya Cloud offers. This includes training on the tools and processes as well as latest promotions.

To be successful in this role you will be/have to prompt in response time and have an aptitude for solving challenges for partners.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Become an expert in Avaya tools and sales processes to articulate to both partners and sales.

  • Review new partner applications and create the necessary credentials to onboard team.

  • Integral part of promotion approval and contract process.

  • Work as part of a team to support partners and sales in selling cloud.

  • Key role in the growing cloud business at Avaya.

ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE:

  • 3-5 work experience, industry preferred but not required

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:


  • Versed in MS Suite - strong skills in Excel and PPT a plus

  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and teach others

  • Presentation skills (virtually) for training internal teams and partners

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Full time, salaried position

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION:

  • College degree or equivalent experience.
