Job Description


Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an exciting career opportunity for an Outreach Coordinator to support Ryan's Emerging Business Inclusion (EBI) goals! This role will coordinate and execute national, regional, market-sector, and project level outreach events and activities with and for diverse subcontractors and suppliers in existing and new regional markets.


Some things you can expect to do:



  • Coordinate the planning and execution of assigned supplier diversity events throughout the construction division.

  • Schedule and manage internal event planning meetings to set budgets, timelines, expected outcomes, and success goals for each outreach event in accordance with project timeline.

  • Implement established supplier diversity strategy to meet key client supplier diversity goal and support customer centricity efforts.

  • Work closely with corporate and regional marketing teams on the planning and execution of events.
    Identify diverse suppliers that align with the needs of construction services to further the development of Ryan's EBI program.

  • Compile national relationships and resources for trade associations and diverse suppliers.

  • Work with analytics team to create dashboards and reports for simple and timely access to EBI sourcing event data.

  • Provide outreach event feedback to develop and standardize best-in-class practices.

  • Source external specialty resources, where needed, to provide connections in targeted new and growing markets.


To be successful in this role, you must have experience partnering with both local and national teams in project execution. A proven track record of successful planning and managing supplier diversity outreach events is required.
