As a Senior Plant Manager, you will be responsible for:

• To Manage an overall production facility in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety. Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards. Team management of salaried employees.


• Conduct frequent interactions on strategic level due to complex planning activities and/or complex sales processes with high degrees of customization.


• Handles complex manufacturing processes. Manufacturing department has to define approaches. Variety due to customization to client needs.


• Leads medium sized manufacturing plant consisting of several departments and functions and provide direction to production and material leads, offering professional expertise and monitoring performance to ensure that departmental and individual objectives are achieved within scheduled timelines and budget.


• Establish and maintain a safe, legally compliant workplace, and enforcing compliance with all corporate policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years management experience in supply chain/ plant management/ management of direct and indirect employees.


• Proven record for performance with set goals.


• Ability to delegate, set expectations and monitor progress of all direct reports.


• Motivate, inspire, provide and accept feedback to and from employees.


• Possess prioritization skills necessary to use time effectively and set action plans to achieve business targets.


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Ability to manage multiple projects and stay on schedule in a fast-paced environment


• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills

Desired Characteristics

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college


• 10+ years oilfield services experience


• Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
