ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The Avaya Professional Services Sr. Program Director is the senior services lead responsible for ensuring that enterprise clients realize the benefits of digital transformation with measurable business outcomes. Senior Program Managers orchestrate delivery of Unified Communication and Contact Center technologies across many interrelated organizations, teams, business partners, services, tools and processes required for successfulbusiness transformation.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own delivery, operations and continuous improvement functions for Avaya's Top 100 accounts


• Enable long term success and growth through governance (program steering committees, executive sponsors, and escalations) and through regular benefits reviews, workshops, and roadmap alignment discussions


• Leverage improved governance and Avaya tools to help account teams and clients establish a 2-3-year roadmap with clear milestones and success criteria that drives benefits outcomes


• Collect/monitor relevant metrics to quantify benefits realization over the term of the contract


• Collaborate with client, Avaya, and vendor teams to ensure that resources required are fully documented and agreed upon by all stakeholders


• Establish a review process for pre-sales activity to include quality assurance of SOWs


• Lead cross-functional teams (sales, project management, engineering, service management, and support) through the iterative process of designing, planning, delivering, and supporting capabilities (projects) required to realize the benefits of your client's transformation


• Manage executive expectations through detailed communication & escalation plans, risk definition & analysis, and quality management plans


• Drive revenue growth and margin expansion by improving quality of delivery and communications, establishing a vision and continuous improvement and providing client value

ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of project management, program management, or related management experience.


• Proven sucess leading the design and delivery of large, complex, global technologysolutions - ideally in unified communications, collaboration and contact center areas


• Exceptional C-level cerbal, written and presentations skills


• PMP, ITIL, or equivalent certifications preferred.
