Job Overview


This is an exciting, customer interfacing role that couples technical and relationship skills to successfully implement business . The ideal candidate will work within defined project teams to perform the technical implementation and necessary application configuration and development outlined during customer requirements meetings. They will build-out functionality (keeping business value as goal) and help to educate and train clients.  Must have experience in preaching platform to internal customers, understand pain points, train users, and customize functionalities within the platform. 


Role expectations: 10% Project Management, 25% Business Analyst, 50% Implementing solutions, 25% T3 Support. These will adjust based on phases of implementation.


This is an FTE role out of Leawood, KS or open to remote position.


Must have:



  • Gather and review business requirements and document them in JIRA or similar PM platform

  • Participate in the full SDLC (Agile), including requirement analysis, design and implementation , estimations and other aspects of iterative development.

  • Convert system requirements into logical program designs, code modules and stable application systems. Develops technical design documents for software solutions independently.

  • Develop declarative solutions using standard Salesforce functionality. Analyze and align current business process with product capabilities

  • Configure platform on basis of priority with frequent visual demos with stakeholders

  • Lead training and demonstration of standard product features as well as custom developed solutions

  • Develop production application support plans, schedules, and assignments as required. Estimate the level of effort related to technical design, coding, and unit testing.

  • Collaborate on help documentation for business users

  • Practice continuous improvement - contributing to the improvement of implementation and service team best practices and processes

  • Balance multiple project or different work activities simultaneously

  • Work in a highly collaborative environment with dedicated teams that include cross functional teams.

  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects to design flexible, scalable, maintainable solutions; with business analysts to understand and implement complex business functionality; and with Project Management, and Quality Assurance personnel to ensure successful delivery of solutions. Works with Operations and IT teams to help support the releases the website into production.

Required Technical Skills



  • Experience as a Consultant or Business Analyst collaborating actively with stakeholders and managing expectations

  • 5+ years in Salesforce CRM, including Paradot, ServiceCloud, Lightning, and similar capabilities. Experience in integration with Mulesoft is highly desired.

  • 3+ years of experience with Force.com Workflows, Lightning Flows, and Process Builder

  • 2+ year of experience with Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages and Lightning Components (Aura framework)

  • At least 1 Salesforce Certifications are highly desirable (Developer or Salesforce Certified App Builder)

Functional Skills



  • Lead, either pairing up with Solution Architect(s) or individually,  solution presentations, demonstrations, workshops, proof of concepts to prove to our customers the capabilities of solutions and services, and how we can empower them to achieve their business outcomes. Exemplify presentation excellence for both virtual and onsite deliveries

  • Lead collaborative development process with engineers in multiple locations and takes ownership and see the task till end with independent research/development skills

  • Continually learn and maintain your technical, professional skills and competitive readiness. Remain current on the latest technology and trends for your area of expertise

  • Self-starter, strong work ethics, maturity, and drive initiatives to succeed with creative mind. Strong ability to interface with business users constantly to understand pain points

  • Embracing of a growth mindset, insatiably curious, always learning and welcoming of challenges for the opportunity to grow at both individual and team level

  • Active contributor of feedback and best practices across various teams; peer community, customer success, engineering, sales and marketing

  • Focusing on iterative feature builds with respect to ROI - working with partners to enhance workflow and business processes supported, but not limited by systems.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills with clients and peers

  • Focus on Stakeholder Collaboration and professional business to and effectively lead, triage, prioritize and resolve issues that arise in unpredicted situations
