The Impact You'll Make

In this role, you will oversee all business operations of the ambulatory urgent care center and assume responsibility for maximizing revenue while assuring optimum patient care. This team member will manage the daily operations of the clinic as well as manage all personnel functions including recruiting, hiring, evaluating, training & maintaining personnel records for the clinic. The ideal candidate is an expert in healthcare, medical insurance plans, and office procedures.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee all administrative functions of the center.
• Manage and perform front office procedures including patient registration, insurance verification, and collection of payments.
• Approve all-time records, vacation, time off, overtime, and leave of absence requests.
• Oversee preparation of non-physician staff schedule and provide the final approval of shift changes.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and participate in management meetings.
• Participate in AUC and Vituity projects in order to accomplish the strategic plan of Vituity.
• Monitor interior and exterior of the building including carpeting, roofing, and grounds, and contact property management of any issues.

We'd love to hear from candidates with:

Required Experience and Competencies:

• High school diploma, or equivalent
• 2-4 years' experience in clinical management and supervision
• Solid understanding of medical insurance plans and office procedures.
• Solid understanding of financial reports and ability to analyze numerical data.

• BA or BS in business or healthcare administration
