Director of Home Healthcare Sales - East Coast

Our company is seeking a talented and experienced director of sales to with a proven track record in Home Health and FQHC's sales.We need a self-motivated professional with strong
strategic planning and implementation, leading to successful outcomes.

Reporting to the Regional Vice President, the Director's responsibility will include designing
strategic sales plans and assessing costs and competition. Building relationships with Home Health organizations and FQHC's.In addition to being an excellent communicator, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate exceptional negotiation, leadership skills, within the home health industry.

Responsibilities:


  • Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets.

  • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.

  • Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals.

  • Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices.

  • Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new programs.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a relevant field.

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a Home Healthcare sales roles.

  • In-depth knowledge of the FQHC, Home Health industry and best practices.

  • Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.

  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must be available and willing to travel extensively throughout the East Coast states.
