Job Description:

• Experience working in agriculture


• Able to lift minimum of 30 pounds repeatedly and 50+ pounds occasionally


• Able to perform repetitive movements & tasks for 8, 10, or more hours per day which include but are not limited to squatting, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, standing, walking, and lifting over the shoulders
  


• Must be flexible to work in a team environment and be supportive of co-workers and coaches


• Must be able and to work in inclement  (hot, cold, and rainy) weather conditions


• Must be able to work the following schedule:
  
  
  
  • Spring – 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (Monday –Friday,  Saturday’s ½ Day)
  
  
  • Summer – Starting hours may vary between 6:00 am and 7:00 am (Monday – Friday, Saturday’s ½ Day)
