Job Description:
TVFCU desires to recruit talented service professionals who embody our overall values and are passionate about the work they do for our membership.  The eServices Specialist:
 


  • Reviews and decisions check deposits submitted via our mobile deposit capture feature within the TVFCU Mobile App in a timely and accurate manner, according to current check acceptance guidelines and for potential fraud. 

  • Provides timely, accurate, professional, and confidential support to staff and members, assisting with all products and services within TVFCU’s eServices portfolio.

  • Assists with reviewing, decisioning, and performing quality control on all new account applications submitted via our online account opening service through tvfcu.com and within tvfcuONLINE in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Assists in responding to and resolving member inquiries submitted via our secure messaging service within tvfcuONLINE, our questions feature on tvfcu.com, and our general support email, in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.

  • Verifies transactions submitted through the mobile deposit capture channel to ensure accurate postings.  Rectifies any posting errors.

  • Assures that appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared.

  • Performs other job duties as assigned.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent degree is required.

  • A minimum of 1 year Credit Union or related experience is required.

  • Proficient in key elements of negotiable instrument policies and procedures.

  • Must have good troubleshooting skills and at least a moderate ability to grasp the more technical aspects of eServices.

  • Must have the ability to resolve member and staff inquiries in a timely, friendly and accurate manner.

  • Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is required.

  • Must have a proven record of dependable attendance and timeliness.

  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently.

  • Must be able to work flexible hours as needed.

  • Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task.

  • Must possess a significant level of trust and diplomacy, in addition to normal courtesy and tact.
