Job Description: TVFCU desires to recruit talented service professionals who embody our overall values and are passionate about the work they do for our membership. The eServices Specialist:
Reviews and decisions check deposits submitted via our mobile deposit capture feature within the TVFCU Mobile App in a timely and accurate manner, according to current check acceptance guidelines and for potential fraud.
Provides timely, accurate, professional, and confidential support to staff and members, assisting with all products and services within TVFCU’s eServices portfolio.
Assists with reviewing, decisioning, and performing quality control on all new account applications submitted via our online account opening service through tvfcu.com and within tvfcuONLINE in a timely and accurate manner.
Assists in responding to and resolving member inquiries submitted via our secure messaging service within tvfcuONLINE, our questions feature on tvfcu.com, and our general support email, in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
Verifies transactions submitted through the mobile deposit capture channel to ensure accurate postings. Rectifies any posting errors.
Assures that appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared.
Performs other job duties as assigned.

A high school diploma or equivalent degree is required.
A minimum of 1 year Credit Union or related experience is required.
Proficient in key elements of negotiable instrument policies and procedures.
Must have good troubleshooting skills and at least a moderate ability to grasp the more technical aspects of eServices.
Must have the ability to resolve member and staff inquiries in a timely, friendly and accurate manner.
Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is required.
Must have a proven record of dependable attendance and timeliness.
Must be a self-starter and able to work independently.
Must be able to work flexible hours as needed.
Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
Must possess a significant level of trust and diplomacy, in addition to normal courtesy and tact.
