Job Description:

Professional Pipe Services (Pro-Pipe) is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee all aspects of successful leadership of the branch location. This includes achieving financial objectives set forth by corporate, overseeing branch safety compliance, managing large staff of field technical and administrative employees, workforce planning, training and development, performance management, sales generation, customer service and retention, inventory management, and building high moral and positive culture which align with company's core values.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:


Assure all company safety programs are in place and that safety policies and procedures are always met at the highest level.


Drive day-to-day sales and profit goals to the team ensuring the business is providing quality service to our customers.


Regularly engage with the VP of Operations and corporate executives to develop plans and strategies to improve overall performance of the branch/market and to support the strategic plans of the company.


Meet with key customers to discuss process, pre-event meetings, to ensure we are meeting the business needs


Monitor and report monthly performance including P&L, weekly sales, expenditures, and monthly forecasts.


Manage timely production of operational, sales, human resources, and executive reports.


Manage field superintendents and office administration staff, reviewing goals and objectives on a regular basis.


Responsible for Human Resources related matters including but not limited to: hiring, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations matters.


Manage training and development for all employees to promote growth opportunity and career pathing, including coaching and mentoring superintendents on business operations, employee engagement and employee supervision.


Coach and motivate staff to build employee morale and a positive culture, minimizing turnover and maximizing engagement.


Demonstrate and uphold the highest of standards to ensure all employees meet the company core values.


Create work instructions, process flows, and training documents as required.


Manage daily schedule of all work assignments assuring resources are available for successful job completion.

Proven leadership and relationship management skills with the ability to persuade and inspire others.


Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.


Excellent knowledge of operational processes of a fast growth, dynamic, service-based business


Strong business acumen including the ability to interpret financial reports, adjusting target goals and plans accordingly.


Fully understand the scope of work assignments as defined by the client.


Strive for and consistently achieve quality results, maintain high standards of performance, and exhibit dedication, self-discipline and a sense of responsibility.


Demonstrate motivation and drive by exhibiting enthusiasm, energy and a strong desire to succeed.


Possess good judgement utilizing logic and objectivity in decision making.


Possess the highest level of personal integrity, accountability, sense of ownership and relentless commitment.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


Minimum of ten years of experience in a service industry with five years being in management capacity and more than two years in safety environment.


Related industry experience strongly preferred.


College degree is preferred but not required.
