SUMMARY
Responsible for providing support to Producers on assigned Personal Lines accounts with additional responsibilities to develop new clients. Upholds communication with both the clients and the carrier underwriters and representatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 2 years related work experience in the insurance industry
Valid insurance license
Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
SKILLS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with effective time management skills and strong attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork
Thorough knowledge of all lines of Personal Lines insurance, especially those products represented through agency (for employee)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
