Our May Center Schools for Autism and Developmental Disabilities, and our May Center School for Brain Injury and Neurobehavioral Disorders offer full-day, year-round educational services to children and adolescents.

Our schools focus on building communication, social, behavioral, vocational, and academic skills. We base our programs on applied behavior analysis, or ABA, which has been shown through hundreds of scientific studies to be the most effective method to teach children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities.

The May Center School for Brain Injury and Neurobehavioral Disorders successfully educates students with
complex needs and co-occurring diagnoses. These young people often require a combination of physical, medical, cognitive and social/behavioral therapies in an environment that supports skill development and rehabilitation.

May Institute is an award-winning nonprofit organization that provides educational, rehabilitative, and behavioral healthcare services to individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities, brain injury, mental illness, and behavioral health needs. May Adult Services is looking for a qualified Office Support Coordinator. Under the direction of the May Institute Residential Director, Western Massachusetts Center, the Office Support Coordinator assists Center with operational support including but not limited to; act as liaison to corporate facilities, quality assurance and IT departments, coordination of program meetings and provide ongoing daily support, continued development of the programs, data collection and analysis of key operational indicators and provide coverage to reception area in Administrative Assistant's absence to include greeting visitors, answering phones & all other administrative duties as appropriate.






This is a full time position.



The schedule is Monday through Friday 8:30AM- 4:30PM











QUALIFICATIONS:




  • 2 years Admin experience



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office



  • Bachelor's Degree preferred



  • Experience in Human Services preferred
