How You'll Make Your Mark:


  • Lead large, highly complex, cross-functional, time-sensitive projects that affect the organizations long-term goals and objectives


  • Roll up the sleeves and take on total ownership & accountability of assigned projects


  • Serve as the WW Channels Project Manager for mergers & acquisitions


  • Work closely with sales operations and channels teams to document end to end processes, policies & tools


  • Facilitate large process walkthrough workshops, captures & manages parking lot/action items; drives actions to closure


  • Develop innovative statistical and financial models to enable data-driven decision-making


  • Develop recommendations from complex data & business analyses to formulate business plans


  • Understand partner perspective and experience; centers all efforts around partner experience


  • Counsel business leaders, recommend approaches for executing high-level strategies and develop creative solutions


  • Manage sales cadence with regional channel leadership


  • Manage channel QBRs


  • Build and manage Channel Advisory Boards / Community of Practices


About You:

Education and Experience Required:


  • Typically 8-12 years total experience in the high tech industry


  • 4-7 years leading projects, financial improvement initiatives, management consulting.


  • 5 to 8 years’ experience in Channels is a must.


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering or equivalent


Knowledge and Skills:


  • Extensive knowledge of the Channel ecosystem, constructs of Partner Programs, Partner Lifecycle, and Partner Enablement


  • Extensive knowledge of various Channel selling motions


  • Conceptual knowledge of Professional Services, Customer Success, LAER


  • Understanding of Channel Operations


  • Excellent project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams independently


  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills


  • Advanced business & financial acumen


  • Extensive knowledge of and ability to develop statistical and financial models to enable data-driven decision-making


  • Ability to independently draft and present project deliverables & recommendations to drive decisions


  • Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and independently manage complex project objectives


  • Should have strong group facilitation, interviewing, and influencing skills to drive large workshops conclusively


  • Mastery using ExcelSheet, PowerPoint; experience in using tools such as Smartsheet, Power BI


  • Must be a proactive self-starter who can independently take up end-to-end ownership and is able to drive projects successfully with minimum handholding


  • Must be able to deal with uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity & change in a structured manner


  • Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting


  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence


  • Strong leadership skills, including coaching, team- building, conflict resolution, and management.


  • Must be able to work across multiple time-zones (this is a global role)
