Your Opportunity:

As the Creative Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team in the development and execution of creative projects from inception through release to media channels. You will work on both branding and marketing initiatives to create a cohesive, recognizable brand statement that differentiates the Greenheck brand and drives sales. You will be apart of the corporate marketing team and your role will focus on the Greenheck Fan brand, while also supporting the Greenheck Group communications and all other brands that fall under the Greenheck Group umbrella.

What you'll be doing:


  • Lead creative development of branding and marketing initiatives for traditional and digital media. Including:


    • Conceptual ideation

    • Copy writing

    • Graphic design

    • Video and animation



  • Partner with Director of Marketing and marketing team members to algin on project objectives and timeline

  • Develop strategic marketing campaigns and branded material that align with company objectives, core values, engage customers and grow sales

  • Manage and mentor creative team members to optimize project work and grow their careers

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure design and messaging meet brand guidelines and marketing objectives

  • Design visual concepts using graphic design software tools

  • Strategize and pitch design concepts to various internal and external stakeholders

  • Maintain Greenheck brand identity guidelines

  • Build and manage relationships with external partners, such as photographers and videographers. Lead direction of video/photo shoots.

  • Although we prefer this role to sit in our corporate office in Schofield, WI This position can sit in one of four locations: Schofield, WI* | Minneapolis, MN | Tulsa, OK | Shelby, NC


    • If not in one of those four locations, the role may be able to accommodate a hybrid-remote position with increased required travel as needed



  • 15% travel will be required

What you should have:

The experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in a design related field required

  • +8 years of progressive, related marketing/design experience is required

  • +2 years experience leading strategic creative projects and creative processes.

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat required)

  • Must have professional level knowledge and experience in creative development of branding and marketing. Demonstrated success in:

    • Team building

    • Leading creative teams

    • Development of multi-channel brand design projects



  • Will be required to provide portfolio that helps demonstrate creative approach to projects

The soft skills:


  • Proven ability to effectively communicate (verbal, written)

  • Proven ability to effectively build consensus and relationships

  • Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
