Job Description:

If so, we encourage you to apply for the Program Coordinator position at the CRT (Centerstone Recovery Transitional Housing Program)!

At the CRT, we take a hands-on and holistic approach to addressing substance use and the effects it can have on the entirety of a person's life, including housing, employment, family, friends, mental health, education, etc. With the ultimate goal of sustained recovery, we aim to be, and to help create, the support system that our clients need in order to achieve it.

As the Program Coordinator, you will manage the daily operations of the CRT program for women who are in recovery from substance use. In fulfilling these duties, you will work closely with staff, with management, and with clients to ensure that the goals and priorities of the program are being met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Provide regular supervision to staff members (Recovery Coaches, Recovery Technicians, Live-in House Monitor), ensuring that recovery-focused and evidence-based practices are being used.

  • On-call duties are associated with this position depending on staff availability and program site.

  • Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties, as approved by client.

  • Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team.

  • Maintain timely/accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies.

  • Maintain effective relationships with Community referral sources.

  • Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices.

  • Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking our services.

  • Observe and document client compliance with medication regimes as dictated in the treatment plan; assist clinical staff in meeting and monitoring the client's medical and health care needs.

  • Assist in implementation of agency programs as specified by supervisor.

  • Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the environment. Follow agency protocols in emergencies, assisting in monthly fire and tornado drills.

  • Be a positive and supportive influence for the clients, as well as for the staff.

  • Plan/implement therapeutic recreation/activities/groups.

  • Regular and Reliable attendance is required.

Key Performance Indicators:


  • Ensures supervised program meets productivity standards.

  • ANSA assessments and reassessments completed on time for clients in program supervised.

  • Clinical documentation, including care plans, for clients served completed in a timely fashion, according to organizational standards.

  • Is compliant with safety and accreditation standards for facility managed.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field from a four-year college or university plus two to five years' experience in behavioral health environments with addictions/substance use disorder

  • 5+ Years Lived Experience in Recovery

  • Experience working and/or volunteering within the behavioral health field, criminal justice, or social services field will be considered in place of non-social work (or related field) degree.

  • Recovery-focused mindset.

Preferences:


  • Management experience.

  • Experience in the recovery community.

  • Experience in evidence-based interventions and best practices.

Skills required:


  • Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Strong organization/management skills, preferably in the field of social work and/or recovery.
