Manager, Sales Operations & Partnerships

What we offer

The Manager, Sales Operations &  Partnerships is responsible for managing Sales Operations activity for the Media Sales team, ensuring that client and group operational objectives are successfully achieved.  The position will oversee a diverse set of day to day operational responsibilities in support of Media Operations, Client Campaign Management and Partnerships.  Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are required as this position will oversee a wide variety of projects and will be interacting with internal and external business partners.

In this role, your main missions are:

  • Ensuring the successful delivery of all Media Sales client campaigns.

    • Digital Operations

      • Responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of all client campaigns. The candidate must have experience in campaign trafficking including experience in digital scheduling platforms and a strong understanding of DOOH (digital out of home) and OOH (out of home) requirements for the management, scheduling, delivery and proof of performance for all client campaigns. 

      • Responsible for working closely with vendors, internal stakeholders and business partners to ensure that the digital network operates at an annual 98% up time average.

      • Support the operational delivery of new business initiatives and pilot programs.



    • Integrated Sales Operations

      • Become a subject matter expert on all Media Sales inventory and support the sales team in validating custom media package, developing and maintaining inventory specifications.

      • Engage with clients in a highly professional manner; reinforcing the value of Media Sales offerings.

      • Lead the delivery of key client and partner campaigns ensuring that all contracted assets are delivered on time with a high level of client satisfaction as measured by post campaign surveys.





  • Working with leadership, manage and monitor all assigned activity with a focus on executing closed opportunities and supporting pipeline productivity: on an aggregate, per region and by center level

  • Weekly review of all opportunities that are supported by team, ensuring that each direct report and related team is operating efficiently and in support of the group and company objectives.

  • Ensure that all assigned campaigns are successfully executed and in support of revenue growth (retain and grow revenue while controlling risk and expense factors).


  • Execute against measurable goals to support the growth and development of the team.
    • Team support and development

      • Responsible for providing clear direction to direct reports, vendors and internal team members.

      • Lead while maintaining primary responsibility for your assigned accounts.

      • Support Media Sales team education as it relates to program delivery and pilots. 




  • Successfully manage internal and vendor relationships with a focus on ensuring group and campaign success.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign delivery.  Focus on driving efficiencies where possible and evolving processes to expedite deals and campaign delivery while adhering to URW corporate compliance standards.


  • Accountable for all aspects of personal and team performance on a weekly basis including: workload, client support, traffic management, center and vendor relationships

What we are looking for

  • 3-5 years in Sales Operations and Client Services

  • Must exhibit strong communication, management and organizational skills

  • Very proficient in Microsoft Office products: Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong understanding of Media, Experiential Marketing and Sales Operations processes and platforms


  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, emerging Sales environment

  • Must be able to effectively multi-task and assess project and workflow based on managing multiple deadlines

  • Energetic, team-oriented with a strong work ethic

  • Position requires occasional travel and occasional overnight stays
