The Hospital CLS Director of Lab Services will be joining a hospital that offers 24/7 Emergency Services, Cardiovascular, Rehabilitation, Women & Infant, Surgical Services, and comprehensive Imaging and Laboratory Services. In the role of Hospital CLS Director of Lab Services, this leader will be responsible for daily operations and administration of the Laboratory. This includes managing medical services for physicians and patients, directing technical staff, coordinating department scheduling, and ensuring test methodologies and staff training all while providing the best in patient care practices.

In the role of Hospital CLS Director of Lab Services, this motivated Laboratory Leader will maintain oversight over a team of licensed Medical Technologists, phlebotomists, and other laboratory staff. Communication with other department directors, physicians, and visitors will be important for maintaining high patient-satisfaction and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. Prior leadership experience in the acute-care setting will contribute to the success of the Hospital CLS Director of Lab Services as well as the ability to train, schedule, budget, and maintain department performance improvement standards.
