Position Description:
We are looking for HRIS Manager to join our corporate team! In this position, you own the Workday technology road map and provides Workday operational support. The HRIS Manager is part of the global Human Resources team.
Responsibilities:
Maintain all aspects of Global HRIS, Workday, including the following modules: HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Advanced Compensation, Performance Management, Talent, Reporting, and Security to meet Plastipak’s business needs.
Interface with IT and HR system users to develop and implement business systems and processes that positively impact the business and user experience.
Research and recommend talent management systems and process improvements.
Ensure that HR processes are documented and updated as needed.
Finalize systems vendors and implementation providers, develop RFP / RFQ for services, analyze capabilities, negotiate fees and oversee projects.
Oversee HR Systems to ensure users are appropriately trained and useful reports are generated and managed, from a TM perspective.
Develop reporting capabilities of all HR systems.
Develop and implement learning materials in support of systems and processes.
Participate on the Corporate Talent Management team, supporting the Executive Steering Team.
Complete projects and achieve results in an ambiguous work environment.
Communicate effectively and manage Workday project stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
Responsible for the development of the overall global HRIS and other enabling technology strategic vision to achieve best in class performance.
Ensure systems focus on global consistency, scalability and data accuracy.
Responsible for the design, development and implementation of Workday solutions to meet global business requirements and is seen as the Workday subject matter expert in the organization.
Lead and mentor Workday team members

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years hands on Workday-related experience.
Bachelor’s degree
Workday Certification (HCM) highly preferred, but not required.
3+ years of Project management experience
