Job Description:

An established, non-for-profit hospital located in the center of Coastal Virginia, is currently searching for an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join their cherished healthcare organization.

Under direction of the Unit Director and Unit Charge Nurse, the Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will independently provide individualized nursing care for the patients in the obstetric unit. The Labor and Delivery RN will perform functions of a Registered Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating all assigned patient care areas. The Labor and Delivery Registered will adhere to all hospital policies, including state and federal guidelines.

Requirements Include:

BSN

Registered Nurse in the state of Virginia

Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery nursing experience

Current BLS, ACLS and NRP required within 120 days of hire
