A medium sized acute care hospital in Central Washington is seeking a Case Management Nurse Director. The Case Management Nurse Director will lead an experienced team of Certified Case Managers that work with a patient-centered mind. The Case Management Nurse Director will be supported with a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits and may receive sign-on incentives such as relocation allowances & sign-on bonuses.

The Case Management Nurse Director will play a key role in the ongoing success of this busy hospital. This 250-bed medical center is a designated Level III Trauma Center. The Case Management Nurse Director will work with inpatient unit RN leaders to appropriately manage metrics related to Length of Stay, Readmission Rates and Utilization Review. Moreover, the Director of Case Management will have an understanding of the hospital discharge process and work with local skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, palliative care services and more to ensure patients have the resources available to care for themselves.
