Job Highlights

• Load and monitor chemical reactions per SOP



• Perform necessary maintenance on associated equipment




• Package urethane batches as required per SOP




• Accurately record system data as required per Lean standardsomplete job assignments per Lean manufacturing concepts




• Physically able to perform duties in a safe and efficient manner

Requirements

• Minimum high school education some college preferred



• CRC requirements: Locating Information 4, Reading 5, and Math 4




• Experience with loading and monitoring of chemical reactions requiring accurate additions to meet product specifications preferred.




• Eperience with vacuum systems will be viewed as a plus




• Computer skills in Microsoft programs Excel and Word




• Previous experience in Lean manufacturing environment




• Ability to multi-task with emphasis on Safety and Quality
