Proposal Coordinator


The Proposal Coordinator will participate in proposal and presentation project management, writing, organization, editing, layout, production, and delivery. By partnering with internal Project Executives and Business Development Leads, the individual will prepare responses to RFQs, RFPs, and guide the overall strategy for project interviews. This will include the administration of all materials, including interview books, boards, handouts, team cards, and PowerPoint presentations. Additionally, this position is responsible for supporting the Client Relationship Management System, as well as create and maintain internal employee resumes.

  • Ability to work well with others, showing flexibility and good listening skills;

  • Ability to interview others, translate information and write logically and concisely;

  • Strong attention to detail with constant consideration of spelling, grammar and quality;

  • Willingness to learn, teach and be a team player;

  • Ability to coordinate and manage large teams during RFQ/RFP/interview development;

  • Ability to work under pressure with competing schedule demands;

  • Ability to switch gears frequently and smoothly;

  • Organizational, time management and project prioritization skills;

  • Ability to take initiative and to be persistent;






Required Experience



  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in architecture/engineering/construction industry proposal and presentation coordination;

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in English, Marketing, Journalism or Communications;

  • Proficient or advanced experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign) and the Microsoft Office Suite;

  • Graphic design/Adobe Illustrator experience a plus;
