Your Opportunity:

Greenheck Group's LEAD program is a highly selective program designed for new college graduates. We are currently recruiting for May 2022 graduates. This program gives participants the opportunity to gain cross-functional knowledge through a series of challenging short-term assignments. The program is designed to accelerate participants' professional and leadership development through training, mentorship, and additional educational courses. LEAD graduates will gain leadership and technical skills to help them become future leaders.

What you'll be doing:

This is a 2-year program that consists of 4 rotations (6 months each) in different areas of our business.The rotations may expose you to the following areas:

• Design Engineering


• Application Engineering


• Manufacturing Engineering


• Operations


• Supply Chain Management


• Lean Manufacturing


• Finance


• Human Resources

Somethings we think you should know:

• 3 out of 4 rotations will be based out of Schofield, WI. For 6 months of the program, you will be relocated to one of our regional facilites.

What you should have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree (Engineering or operations background preferred.)


• Minimum 3.25 GPA


• Graduating inMay 2022


• Demonstrated leadership ability


• Strong communication skills


• Proactive approach to personal development
