Specific Responsibilities of the Job:
Reviews site assessments & conducts the disposition process for designated site.
Provides oversight of client reports, program reports, & contract management compliance as needed.
Acts as liaison to referral sources and attends agency/community meetings as needed.
Monitors implementation of policies and procedures to ensure adherence to State standards and accreditation requirements.
Participates in on-call supervisor rotation as assigned.
Carries a client caseload as assigned.
Coordinates with other Clinical Supervisors to ensure program coverage as needed.
Adheres to all policies, procedures & regulations.
Attends & actively participates in staff meetings & trainings as needed.
Responds appropriately to the cultural difference of staff, clients, residents, & referral sources.
Maintains a positive work atmosphere that promotes Walden’s culture.
