This Contract Home Health Staff Nurse will assess, prescribe, delegate, coordinate, and evaluate the nursing care provided. Ensures provision of quality care for selected groups of patients through utilization of nursing process, established standards of care, policies and procedures. The Contract Home Health Nurse is responsible for the written Nursing Care Plan, acts as the patient advocate, and is responsible for the direction and supervision of any personnel assigned. The Home Health RN will report to the Home Health Unit Nurse Manager or House Supervisor.

The RN Registered Home Health Nurse will be an employee of Clinical Management Consultants – One of the fastest growing healthcare staffing firms in the nation.
