Job Description:

A community hospital in Montana is seeking a Quality and Clinical Documentation Improvement Nurse to be a valued member of their clinical team. The Quality and CDI RN will work with a Quality Services Nurse Manager and have an impact on hospital wide quality initiatives. Moreover, this diverse position will expose the Quality and CDI RN to chart abstraction, CDI best practices to ensure accurate charting, reimbursements and appropriate patient care. The Quality and Clinical Documentation Improvement department at this hospital has evolved overtime and this newly created position is evidence of the clinical leaderships commitment to providing the highest quality patient care to the area! 

The clinical Quality and CDI RN will utilize their nursing background in quality assurance, peer review, case management, utilization review and chart abstraction to educate staff hospital wide. In addition, the RN Quality and Clinical Documentation Improvement will provide accurate reporting to national agencies and local healthcare organizations.
