Job Description:
Scope of Position & Technical Competency -:
- The Administrative Office Coordinator oversees the administrative operations of an OBH site.
- Provide receptionist duties to the clients and visitors.
- Provides administrative support to psychiatric staff
- Preparing charts
- Collecting copays
- Scheduling appointments
- Medical record requests
- Responsible for all clinical and administrative records
- Maintaining office equipment.
- This role purchases office supplies, handles petty cash, and weekly bank deposits.
- Other duties as deemed necessary.
Technical Competencies:
- Accuracy of data entry.
- Ability to work with clinical staff and psychiatric staff.
- Ability to work with difficult phone calls in a calm and respectful manner.
- Demonstrates good customer service skills.
- Demonstrates good decision making
