If you are a CUSTOMER SERVICE professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you!  Based in our LEBANON, MO location, you will be responsible for supporting all customer service activities within the Lebanon facility. Will work directly with the Lebanon materials team, shipping department, sales team, management team at Lebanon and Sidney as well as supervise 7-10 employees. 
 

AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR, YOU WILL: 


  • Manage and resolve customer issues elevated beyond the CSR level
  • Manage demand management actions as needed to meet monthly plan including order activities between manufacturing plants, sales team and external customers
  • Maintain customer service process training documents specific to the Lebanon plant
  • Work with the materials group, customer service team in Lebanon and other facilities, warehouse personnel, trade compliance, external customers and sales team to meet critical customer needs
  • Ensure accuracy of orders and shipment information
  • Monitor shipments to meet monthly demand targets and customer on-time delivery
  • Lead and or monitor projects for process improvements within the department

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field and 3 years of related experience. 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and teamwork skills
  • Must be able to interface with all levels of management both internal and with external customers  
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:  


  • Supervisor Experience
  • 3-5 years Customer Service Experience in Manufacturing Environment
