ModivCare is seeking an experienced recruiting leader to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, you will support corporate recruiting. You are responsible for the facilitation of human resources activities such as managing the applicant tracking system, ensuring compliance with all hiring policies to include pre-employment screening and background record review and maintaining partnerships with department leaders across all market areas. You will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

In this role, you will...
Be responsible for oversight and management of full life cycle recruiting process in partnership corporate leaders for exempt and non-exempt positions to include posting positions, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, conducting background checks and extending offers.
Ensure all aspects of recruitment process comply with employment laws.
Ensure department leaders are in compliance with the established recruitment process and policies.
Develop cost-effective recruitment strategies based on business and departmental goals and needs analysis.
Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting the recruitment process to ensure policies and reporting are in compliance.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and support affirmative action/equal opportunity and diversity goals.
Consult with legal counsel when necessary to ensure that hiring policies and practices comply with federal and state law.
We are looking for something with the following...
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience
2+ years of managerial or team lead experience
Working knowledge of HRIS and recruitment software applications (experience with ADP Recruitment Manager preferred)
To be successful in this role, you will need OR Successful candidates will have...
Experience partnering with human resources business partners and department leaders for present/future staffing needs
Experience with behavioral-based interviewing
Experience sourcing passive candidates for hard to fill roles and markets

Salary: $84,375 - $124,423/annually.
Bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
