The Provider Relations Coordinator reports to the Senior Director Quality Improvement and in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer. This role is responsible for building and nurturing positive provider relationships by ensuring that they have access to the appropriate materials, applications, trainings, and resources to help them successfully achieve organizational goals and objectives. The Provider Relations Coordinator will also collaborate with internal departments to facilitate timely resolution of provider issues and problem solve with internal clinical, operations and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes and/or improve workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare, public administration, public relations or related field, or equivalent work experience.
At least two (2) years’ of customer service experience.
1 - 2 years healthcare environment experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Vizio.
