Provides overall management support for the Task Order to ensure all projects move together toward meeting established goals and objectives. The PM accomplishes these goals by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions.
Position will include PM functions supporting classified and unclassified documentation, software operating systems, applications and data management, hardware systems and components. This position will also support the Authority to Operate (ATO) activity throughout the contract period. Strong understanding of engineering principles and software design/development in a classified environment highly desirable.
This individual will manage the Program Risk Register and provide weekly updates as needed to the company leadership and customer as required. This position will work closely with the Transition Manager to track the Transition Schedule, Transition Risk Register, and issues related to overall staffing of this program (Clearance Process and Schedule).
Qualifications
Minimum bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or eight or more years of comparable work experience
Eight or more years of PM experience in the Intelligence Community Excellent communication, teamwork, leadership and conflict management, and critical thinking skills
Prefer Project Management Professional (PMP) certified
