Associates Degree in an accounting/finance/business related degree and three to five years of experience. Experience managing a team is preferable.

What we expect… (Essential Functions)


  • Responsible for day-to-day management of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll teams including providing direct support during peak periods and absences.

  • Identify and resolve issues related to all transactional reporting to assure accurate and timely processing.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain systems, procedures, and policies, to ensure adherence to company guidelines.

  • Work with project teams and accounting to make sure that appropriate communication occurs and to identify areas of potential improvement.

  • Monitor project cash inflows and outflows, ensuring that all vendors are paid according to terms.

  • Work as Implementation Manager for Deltek Vantagepoint

  • Administer external systems, including but not limited to Sage 300 Real Estate; Textura Payment; Concur Expense; Fifth Third ACH; and Fifth Third Credit Card.?

  • Establish national accounts to maximize discounts, rebates, and volume pricing.

  • Coordinate with tax department on sales tax issues for both customer billing and vendor invoices.

  • Manage all year-end processing activities related to company transactions and ensure completion is timely and accurately.

  • Organize efforts during annual company audit by providing relevant information and documentation as needed. Assist with special projects, as necessary.

Other Skills & Abilities

Must possess advanced computer skills, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, electronic mail, and scheduling applications. May require knowledge of applications specific to the department. Must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Overtime may be required.
