Your role will be articulated around 4 dimensions:


  • Customer Major Issue resolution leader
  • Offer Safety Alert resoultion leader
  • TEX prioritization
  • VIP Gold main quality contact point

Main activities include leading core team as resolution leader for major Customer complaint until full satisfaction of front office and final Customer. You will take the benefit of Power Product Customer care, TEX and Technical Offer management experts to animate resolution of warm customer situations, leveraging your front office and key account manager networks to ensure a global answer. Additionally, ensuring Offer Safety Alerts are correctly prioritized and led to quick resolution following Schneider Electric's OSAP/OSAC process. Furthermore, this position will be the main quality contact point for VIP Customers in coordination with Front Office teams. Low Voltage offers are well deployed in demanding applications - Oil&Gas, Hospitals, Navy, Cloud segment - and generate equal attention. VIP Gold customers require Schneider Electric to act as a professional, trustworthy and reactive Partner. Customer Care leader, you will often interact with such customers. Your role will be to demonstrate Schneider Electric's values and build trust over time, transforming difficult situations in opportunities.

  • Motor Management Contactors
  • PowerPact and MasterPact circuit breakers
  • LV Equipment including busway and safety switches
Qualifications

  • Technical background in Electromechanical or Electronic or Firmware
  • Good business understanding, experience a Business developer or customer project manager is appreciated
  • Customer oriented,
  • Problem solving expert (8D, 5Why, QRQC, Blackbelt)
  • Fast-paced, agile and flexible, Eager to work under heavy pressure and exposure
  • Team player, able to implement and animate SIM type of interaction
  • Experts and key stakeholders networking
  • Collaborative and open behaviors within a dynamic, large, multicultural environment.
  • Spanish is a plus
